Join us for the fourth edition of “Wicked in the West” on October 11 th , 12 th & 13th, 2019 in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada

“Wicked in the West” will include the Western Canada Power Exchange and the Western Canada Bootblack competitions, a meet and greet, and workshops on various topics with a focus on power exchange. Saturday evening dinner for all attendees is included in the ticket price, as well as play parties and much more!

Tickets for “Wicked in the West” will be available starting at 1200 noon (MDST) on Wednesday, May 1st, 2019.

Registration Prices:

Tier 1 – $150.00 – SOLD OUT

On sale May 1 st 2019 until 50 tickets sold or June 15th, whichever comes first.

Tier 2 – $175.00 – SOLD OUT

On sale when Tier 1 sold out or June 16th, until 50 tickets sold or July 31st, whichever comes first.

Tier 3 – $200.00 – SOLD OUT

On sale when Tier 2 sold out or August 1st.

Last day for ticket purchase will be September 30th, 2019.

Our host hotel has held the room price at the same level as last year, $105.00 per night. Hotel rooms must be booked before Friday, September 27th, to get this price. Hotel information will be sent once ticket payment has been received.

Age/ID: All Attendees must be 18 years of age.

Real Name: The name on the event registration must match valid government photo ID. This will be confirmed at the registration table on entry and may be checked by Wicked team members (organizers and/or volunteers) if circumstances dictate. Refusal to provide valid photo ID will result in entry to the event being refused and no refund given.

Refund Policy: Prior to July 15 th – Purchase price will be refunded less 15% processing fee. July 16th to September 1st – Purchase price will be refunded less 30% handling fee. Absolutely no refunds after September 1st, 2019. Registration refunds will occur within 15 business days. Registration transfers are NOT permitted.

Venue Rules: It is the responsibility of every attendee to ensure they are aware of the rules that apply in the venue, please ensure you make yourself aware of them. View Rules

Wicked in the West shall not be held responsible for any damage or theft of personal items of any attendees, presenters, vendors, or volunteers.

Wicked in the West also shall not be held responsible for any and all injuries/conditions attendees may receive as a result of attending the event. It is our goal to ensure that this event is safe and enjoyable for everyone but we shall not be held liable in the case of any accidents which may occur.
