Venue Rules

We have worked hard to have a good relationship with the hotel and the staff. Please ensure you are not doing anything to jeopardize that relationship. Treat hotel staff with respect, they are working so we can have fun!

Please keep in mind that there are other guests in the hotel and act accordingly.

Attendees are expected to dress and act appropriately in parts of the hotel that are open to the public. No nudity or inappropriate fetish wear will be tolerated in public areas of the hotel. Also, ensure that your conversations in the public areas of the hotel are appropriate.

If in the opinion of event staff that these guidelines are not being followed, or as a result of complaints from the hotel staff or members of the public, further attendance at the event may be denied and no refund will be given in such cases.

In the designated event space(s), attendees are welcome to dress as they feel appropriate. These spaces will be clearly defined. If you are unsure, please ask a team member (identified with a bright yellow name tag).

No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the venue. Please respect other guests and stay clear of doorways. Please do not throw butts on the ground.

If at any time during the course of the event, an attendee is found to be intoxicated or disruptive, and is adversely affecting the experience of other attendees, they may be asked to leave the event by staff. If an attendee is asked to leave the event and not return, no refund will be given in such cases.

Dungeon rules will be posted separately, any types of play which are not allowed in the venue spaces will be clearly identified, and it is the responsibility of all attendees to ensure they are aware of these restrictions.
